We will be performing a scheduled maintenance on our wireless network on Friday, July 16th between 4am and 6am. This maintenance is to make changes to our wireless broadcast as required by the FCC.
Starting at 4am, i29 wireless customers will lose signal. Tower broadcast will be restored one by one as we complete maintenance at each site. Once the maintenance is complete, your modem should regain its signal. If for any reason you have trouble connecting after this maintenance window, please turn your modem off and then back on. If this does not work, then call support at 451-5729.
